Rose Pollen Management Methods to Improve Productivity

Roses are one of the most highly produced and purchased ornamental plants worldwide. Procurement preservation pollen is essential for production diverse rose varieties. In this study, we analyzed management conditions, such as collection stage, drying time, storage temperature, to determine optimal conditions management. Pollens were stored under different vitality germination rate investigated through an optical microscope. The was factor breeding depended on conditions.
